Terms & conditions
This document is in legal review. Final terms will be in place before the first paying customer.
1. Subject
OutraMargem (operated by Salvado Unipessoal Lda., the "Operator") provides registered-office and fiscal-domicile services, including reception and handling of mail, at the operational address stated in the individual contract.
2. Plan and term
The contracted plan runs for the term selected at checkout (monthly or annual). Renewal is automatic unless cancelled with 30 days notice. Cancellation is free and without penalties.
3. Operator obligations
The Operator commits to maintain the operational address, receive mail during business hours, notify the Customer within a reasonable timeframe (typically 24 business hours) and handle mail per the plan.
4. Customer obligations
The Customer declares the address will be used only for lawful purposes, will keep KYC documentation up to date, and will not receive correspondence related to activities excluded by regulation (unlicensed online gambling, crypto without MiCA, financial intermediation without registration).
5. Liability cap
The Operator's total liability is capped at the annual amount of the contracted plan, save for wilful misconduct or gross negligence. The Operator is not liable for consequences of mail not collected or forwarded after cancellation.
6. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Competent court: Comarca de Almada, with waiver of any other.
