    30 minutes by video call. We define the legal form, partners, capital, articles.

    Document preparation

    Within 1–2 business days we prepare all documentation. You review and approve.

  3. 03

    Incorporation

    We accompany you at Empresa na Hora or the notary. Your company is incorporated within 1–2h.

  4. 04

    Post-incorporation

    We handle everything after: AT, SS, CCom. Within 5–7 days you're fully operational.

Frequently asked questions

  • Can I do this myself at Empresa na Hora?

    Yes, and you'd only pay the state fees. You pay for this service when you want to avoid mistakes (wrong articles, wrong CAE, missed registrations) that can take weeks to correct.

  • What company types do you incorporate?

    Lda., Unipessoal Lda., and ENI activity registration. We don't incorporate S.A. at this stage.

  • How long does it take?

    Day 0: consultation. Days 1–2: preparation. Day 3: incorporation. Days 4–7: registrations. Total: 7 business days in the typical case.

  • Which CAE should I choose?

    We recommend based on your activity, with attention to strategic sectors for Almada's derrama exemption. Final decision is yours.

  • Is an accountant included?

    No. We introduce partner accountants on request, but the engagement is separate.

  • What if I already have NIF and NISS?

    Perfect — we skip those steps. Speeds the process by 1–2 days.
